ELEC®plus revision femoral heads combine a ceramic head with a titanium adapter sleeve. The current table documents 28, 32, 36 and 40 mm and the R 16/18 configuration with a Ti 16/18–12/14 adapter.
For all four diameters, the product table lists S −3 mm, M ±0 mm, L +4 mm and XL +7 mm offsets. These values support product selection within approved systems.
The condition and geometry of the existing taper and the system compatibility must be professionally assessed before use. The approved instructions for use and project-specific documentation are binding.
